Cancellation Policy

Once an individual has registered and paid for a course, your spot is reserved . Class sizes are limited so we employ a cancellation policy regarding refund or transfer of course fees. Once you have received confirmation of your booking you will be liable for the entire course fee unless you give 2 full business days of notification of cancellation via phone call. For bookings cancelled with more than 2 full business days registration fees will be fully refunded. For bookings less than 2 full business days notice registration fees are NOT refundable . Cancelled or Postponed classes may occasionally happen due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or situations affecting the instructor ,notification of any changes will be made via email at least 24 hours prior to start of course. When this occurs Tamarack Safety Services will make every effort you receive a full refund .
